Adult Classes
Adult Class
13 and up
As a family martial arts school, it is important to Trinity that the parents are involved. Adult classes focus on physical fitness, martial art techniques and self defense. The adult class will follow the Trinity Martial Arts curriculum but also have more self defense technique requirements as you advance.
As you achieve the next rank, you will have a new full set of requirements to advance to the next rank. The techniques will progressively advance, as will the challenges. At yellow belt the student will begin to learn another art called Arnis, mostly using a cane (wood stick). They will learn things like partner drills, cane forms, partner disarms, open-hand forms, and padded stick sparing at higher levels. At green belt the student will be introduced to sparing with foam dipped pads and the correct protective equipment. After achieving the rank of blue belt and an invitation to the advanced class, you will continue to progress through Tae Kwon Do and Arnis, and also begin to learn Jiu-Jitsu.
From blue belt up, the student will also be required to understand the importance and utilization of positive thinking and goal setting, and how to apply them in the real world. When class is over the student can take the never-quilt attitude into the real world and lean to succeed at whatever they delicate them selfs to. I have noticed how modern martial arts has lost some of the mental development. At Trinity Martial Arts we will balance the modern and ancient way's, to develop both mentally and physically.
Throughout all the ranks the student will lean forms, striking techniques and drills. At yellow the student will be introduced to Arnis. At green belt the student will be required to spar with all the proper safety equipment, At blue belt be introduced to Jiu-Jitsu. At black belt the student will be introduced Street Fighting theory, and padded weapons sparing.
